Quick story from the Jaime Jarchives... (think: HYE-may HAR-kives)
Each year the Cal Band has one of those parties where each room hosts a different drink. "Hit the Slopes" it's called. went my senior year with two non-band friends (this was pretty much the only party my non-band friends would go to). One of these friends had e-mailed me a pic earlier, which i then proceeded to forward to Cal Percussion.
And go check out the pic, or else the rest of this paragraph won't make any sense. And for those of you who came to this post from a newer SHoP post (a la "Previously, on Gilmore Girls..."), Welcome! I shudder to think what brought you here.
So my friends got that pic via e-mail, and they liked it. I, ever the gentleman, properly credited my source of the pic both in the e-mail and in the flesh at the party...
