yay giants nayshun yay

All of you Little Brains still got your panties in a bunch over steroids? Yeah, I figured as much...

Giants Magic Number down to 24, 18 games to play
When Bonds struck out swinging in the seventh Monday night, it marked the first time he struck out by swinging and missing on three pitches since Aug. 26, 1998, against the Mets' Hideo Nomo in a loss to New York at Candlestick Park, according to STATS Inc.

Wow. Good thing we're cracking down on Steroids, right? Because the best hitter in the history of the game needs steroids to grow his eye muscles. And his quick, compact swing relies on the extra magical power gained by The Clear and The Cream.

Think about this. Especially you, my fellow citizens of Mariner Nation, Dumbass Province.1 How many times have you seen Mike Cameron strike out on an 0-2 count? Yeah waaay too many to name. The last two times Barry did it were yesterday,2 and back before Pac Bell had been built. I was between OCDs3 and Lord Volde-megan.4

OK falling asleep now and I still have to put my newly laundered sheets back on the mattress. I hope you get the picture. If you think that somebody like Barry needs steroids, then you still have a lot to learn about baseball. That's gonna suck even more to some of you if only because Jihad Jimmy had to point out your deficiency.

Making less and less sense with each word I type, so goodnight for now.

1 Unfortunately for my fellow M's fans, I identify all of you with the mariner fans I sat next to at the beginning of the season when Seattle came into town to play Oakland. The dumb housefrau had to make a smart-alecky comment about how she wanted to see the Giants play at Pac Bell but how Barry Bonds was ruining baseball. Nice job alienating yourself from the one person in the Oakland Coliseum who would come to your aid if the thug A's fans started to Eff with your Ess

2 Went to Barry's first game this season w/MwHCock, my old roommate Rafterman Spaceman Spiff, and baseball-agnostic AMF.

3 36-38D. She said she varied. From Orange County. You figure out the nickname yet? We dated from September October err, November 1997 through February 1998.

4 All of 32A. How wonderful. January 1999 through February 2001. Went to a couple of Giants games together...
